COMMERCIAL: TSE provides planning, design and construction phase administration services for many clients including hospitality, office, retail, governmental, industrial and institutional. Projects include new construction, remodels, additions, major modifications, restoration and renovations.
PARKS & RECREATION: TSE is well known for its design expertise, planning and project experience with parks and recreation facilities, having provided services to a majority of facility owners and operators in western Washington, as well as the Pacific Northwest. Indoor and outdoor aquatic centers, neighborhood pools and spas, athletic fields and associated recreational facilities is included with our experience.
RESIDENTIAL: TSE provides designs for all types of residential projects, from small home additions to multy-family and mixed-used buildings. Our clients benefit from having in-house structural design and engineering capability. With established production templates we can provide timely and cost effective solutions and services.
TENANT IMPROVEMENT: TSE is the architect-of-record for many prestigious and popular restaurants located in the Seattle/Puget Sound area. Our knowledge and expertise in kitchen and bar design & equipment enable us to include health district submittals together with buildig permit plans.
